10. 01:59:239 (1) - Add finish to the top. The reason is same as above.

Sorry, I have no way to agree with that. (Short Ver.) and (TV Size) are specific tags given by the producers themselves. You did nothing to make the actual song shorter, but you did, in fact, cut it.
