02:20:207 (2) - Was there supposed to be a whistle on this slider? It doesn't sound particularly bad, but it does sound pretty random considering how you've been hitsounding everything.
02:30:250 (1,2,3,4,5) - I'm not exactly sure what you're following here -- to me it feels as if you are missing some hit circles at places like 02:30:641 and 02:31:032.
02:47:205 (3) - This slider is too long. There should be a beat at 02:47:335 (to follow the vocals). All you really need to do is shorten this slider by one tick.

sorry sync due to the powers that be I'm gonna go ahead and pop this myself rather not get anyone else bent out of shape for something as small as another diff in a map set I will get it done with somewhat decent speed sorry to all the modders that took time out of there day to mod this I wouldn't of wasted your time had I known better.

02:38:466 (10) - Why stop the beat here? I'd add a hit circle here. It'd follow the vocals nicely and it won't break the flow.

I'm going to explain why there are no hitsounds in this part your listing the clap dies out in the song it is no longer there so that answers the claps and the bass hit is so loud there even if I placed the sample it would of done nothing (lol forgot this was set two there is no bass hit \:D/.) How the two maps hitsounds were done was greatly different from each other and the placement on that section is fine so sorry but no changes will be made.

3. Storyboard doesn't cause a seizure to me. I stared at a GIF that causes seizures, no seizure, played StrangeProgram without disabling the SB, still no seizure. If I can't really see well, I'd have a seizure.
4. This kinda looks like a Skrillex remix

This is 230 BPM due to the nonstop 115 1/4 which sounds like 230 1/2 :P
Despite the fact that the rhythm looks like 115 BPM but the vocals and the instruments make it look like 230...115 isn't a problem. Doesn't need an unrank, perfect is perfect, you know.

I note that this map doesnt comply with the current rules for ranked maps, is there a plan to add a easy/normal difficulty so as to comply?

Mapsets must have at least two osu! standard or Taiko difficulties, one of which must be an Easy/Normal level.

True, but a map needs to have at least 5 minutes of draining time to be eligible to be a Marathon map, which needs an Approval ranking, but this song is only 4:25 long.

Approved Category is only for Marathon maps. Long maps with over 5 minutes of draining time fit the Approval category. Only then they are allowed to be single difficulty mapsets. If they are below 5 minutes of draining time, a full difficulty spread is needed and the map will have to be ranked instead.
