There area few "Heavy Beat"/downbeat problems. You'll need that big white tick to be at the correct place. So:
Change the first offset to 1109.
ADD timing point using: BPM 178, Off-set 32520
Should look like this:
The third timing point is at 60% because IMO the volume of those note should be 60. XD

Eh, diff name is kind of boring IMO. Change it so it more reflects either the song name or wherever this song came from?

01:18:278 (3) - Note makes it seem like this map is overmapped. Remove, sounds nicer.
01:21:733 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Looks like it won't play as fun as it could be. I suggest doing something that involves jumps.

01:32:688 (4) - Would look better if it was symmetrical to the (1) in its combo. The next blue (1) would have to be re-distance snapped.
01:45:497 (2,3) - Move these so (3) is on the fading (4,5,6). Would look better, and the next note is still snapped properly.
01:59:992 (6,1,2,3) - Ugly. :< Stack (6) on top of (1,2,3) and then move (7) so it's directly in between (4) and (5). Common, back and forth jumps aren't so bad! \:D/

04:09:598 (5,6) - Reaaallly ugly overlap. I'm not sure if this might even count slightly unrankable or not. Move it either way. XD
04:24:767 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - At least make your ending symmetrical! ;_;
