BPM should be 125
Offset: 2099
I'll recheck when:
After you change it, resnap all notes, re-arrange placings, and re-upload. If you have trouble on how to do any of this, feel free to pm me when I'm online, and I'll walk you through it. o/

Also, you should change that diff into a Normal diff.
