Are tech maps the same as speed maps?

tech maps are technical maps. Maps that are structured to be a technical representation of the song
Speed map is just well normal map that speed
Tech map however have like slider velocity manipulation and test on reading and such .
Both is the same in term of pp . However tech map is harder abit( well that what i played mostly) despite of the lower star

I cant show example atm cause i am using phone and i kinda forgotten some tech map cause its been a while i touched osu ( playing duel link and etc)

Tech maps have more complicated patterns while spees maps are just normal maps but with higher ar and bpm
