There are many users which I have blocked and I keep getting private messages from them, please fix it or add a different system, I am forced to quit playing the game because I keep getting spammed by those players, so please for the love of freakin' god, I need an actual system that works and blocks people from messaging me.

Alternatively, add the users you would like to ignore to your "Chat ignore list" (located directly below the setting that Flanster took a picture of). Replace any spaces in the username with underscores and separate individual users with spaces.
Unlike the "Ignore User" button, anyone on that list will remain ignored until they are removed (resetting your settings clears the list).

Proper blocking of PMs and everything else is currently being developed to replace the existing PM system. It will come to the web this year (replacing forum PMs) and to the game in lazer.
