Play 1* maps, if your 300 ratio is worse than 1:2 (2 being rainbow 300s), then you should adjust your hit position or scroll speed. Otherwise you probably tense too much and mainly focus on at least hitting notes. Once you get comfortable with the patterns and can play relaxed, you will start focusing on acc and it will improve.

focus on actually being able to play the patterns instead of stumbling through them
if you aren't getting 95's or above chances that the score is mashed through are relatively high, and if you get a B on something then it is definitely mashed
focus on reading the patterns you play and building muscle memory and accuracy will come with it essentially, but don't mash through songs you can't pass for pp or just to say you passed a map because that will hold you back in the long run
