Please don't overlook this person, totally deserves a higher rank if not for maybe a small lack of tourney presence. Insane consistency when it comes to jumps. Also, Toumei Elegy [Reverberant Gonkanau] FC.

Feels like he isn't as active, yet whenever he plays the game again he shows incredible play.

I feel that this year, SeeL really really stepped up a lot in his play and undoubtedly holds the title of the best streaming ability in SG.

Honesty, to have this person at #8 makes me want to slap myself. Incredible with NoMod, and always consistent enough to play pretty much any kind of map (and do well on them).
9. SupremeChaoss
The absolute speed demon, consistently playing difficult 280BPM+ maps and FC-ing them.
10. Demonical
He may retry a lot, but at least he is successful with it. Probably lacking a little in consistency but otherwise he has had his own amazing plays, pp or not.
