Problem Details:
After submitting a score on osu!mania I was greeted by a -1 time submission value.
It fixed itself after a couple seconds and returned to the normal "43 seconds ago" values, so this is a small bug.
Nonetheless a bug, however.
Not sure how to check for duplicates, sorry in advanced. I'm not sure what other information is relevant, so please inquiry me if you need more information.
