timing is wrong, I mean you didn't follow the downbeat from 00:00:593 - to 00:16:286 - . anyway, the 1sr red timing section is no need to be added
and I'm not sure about the offset, this map is too crazy for me to test ;____;

02:36:746 (1,2,3,4,5) - I think here can jump larger, fit the song better imo, also why the slider doesn't end at 02:37:977 - ? maybe use a 1/1 slider or add a note at 02:37:977 - is better
03:32:131 (9,10) - this sound really odd to me, I think follow vocal here is better http://puu.sh/xuEK
03:51:977 (6) - change to 2 circles at 03:51:977 - and 03:52:131 - ? sound much better than a slider imo
04:46:592 - use 5% here is better imo

map's fine
but I have no idea about the tiako diff, I suggest you to find some taiko mod

Diff spread : It'll be better if the difficulty can be balanced throughout the diff. Making challenging parts are OK, but it's better to balance with other parts ( Not "Easy -> Insane -> Easy", as this is equal to combo-breakers ) I'm not forcing you to fix these because this could be your style, but I guess it's worth checking these parts :

Diff spread mod
00:18:900 ( 58 ~ 85 ) - The note density of this part is quite high when compared with other parts. Consider shortening the streams a bit ?

01:09:669 ( 459 ~ 467 ) - This stream is quite confusing when first reading it. Maybe you'll want to simplify it a bit. ( 3-coloured stream is harder to hit correctly )

01:29:054 ( 77 ~ 119 ) - Note density issue, and this time the streams are also harder, making this part a possible combo-breaker

01:49:823 ( 43 ~ 90 ) - ^, and this should be simplified. This is part is like 11* and others are around 9*

02:28:285 ( 61 ~ 85 ) - Mainly because of the harder 2nd stream

02:56:285 ( 31 ~ 55 ) - The k at 48 is kind of misleading because it has to be hit with opposite hand

03:35:669 ( 123 ~ 139 ) - A bit hard, but acceptable. I still suggest making it a bit easier though

03:55:515 ( 88 ~ 112 ) - I'm not opposing this, but this could be a pain for some players as their hand speed are not that high

04:30:131 ( 34 ~ 97 ) - Well, this is the last part of the song, so I won't be forceful on fixing this ._____.

03:37:054 ( Green line ) - Maybe reduce the hitsound volume for this slowdown part a bit, so that the drums on softer parts are not too noisy ? Sth like 80% sounds nice for me ~

Well, this map is OK, but imo this really needs a more balanced diff spread
Some parts are just too hard when compared with others
It could be me, but I always map with little "sudden-insane" parts ._____.

But well, this map is still nice on it's notes placements.
I can see why some parts are more streamy and some are not

Anyway, good luck on your map :3

00:03:362 (6) - Stack this on the beginning of (4)

00:35:208 (9) - What.
01:23:208 (11) - Center the middle sliderpoint so it looks kawaii
01:36:285 (1) - Make the end of this stack with (1)'s head
01:37:515 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - People might complain about this being hidden by the combobursts
