mouse sensitivity

in your experiences is it better to play at higher or lower sensitivities?
i could never really find a sweet spot so i figured i'd ask you guys instead
E: to clarify i have 5 dpi settings on my mouse and because im on mac some of the settings such as mouse sensitivity dont function properly.

I think its better to play with high sensitivity so with a little movement you can perform a jump.

I use the lowest dpi allowing me to hit the all game area without doing weird wrist movement.
Imo the lowest the better, for precision, while still being comfortable.
