I need one mainly for another game I stream but it fits for osu too tho.
Just in Case you do some:
1920x1080 (resolution)
you can pick a wallpaper (all its fine however but pls dont use too shiny brighty light ones xD so dark colored atleast, my viewers shouldnt get eye cancer)
The Overlay should be prioritize the gameplay so dont be shy to make it to small.
Thats it xD no cam no chat no weeb shit ( I apologies )
If you do some of course, if not I will delete this xD
