Here's the mod as requested, mod will probably be lazy so don't expect too much from me.

Blue Sky is missing a red line at 00:00:170 the red line on Blue Sky is on 00:00:169 and not 00:00:170 like the other diff, please fix this. Be sure to double check your kiai timing point after this.- New combo here 03:51:968 (1) - for Blue Sky

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ucWJd2xBrg- A bit odd for me to see that Blue Sky, you did kiai fountain for 01:10:982 & 02:35:748 & 04:00:514. Since the other diff are guest diff and collab it's fine, I just find it odd. That should be all, strike since I mod a bit of this on Thursday, but since I'm busy on Thursday, had no time to finish and some people already mention some of the issues.

Blue Sky]
00:00:170 (1,2,3,1) - Why not have whistle here like the other diffs? Should have some whistle here imo. Look at other diffs for idea, if you really have no idea what to do, then maybe contact me in game and I can give some pointers.
00:12:378 (2) - Nicer rhythm wise to follow the drum so move 1/2 back. 1/2 rhythm isn't too nice to play here and the drum sound is quite audible so if you use music to hit notes, very likely you'll mess up hitting this hit circle at current place.
00:12:552 (3) - I think finish would fit at end for the cymbal.
00:14:122 (1) - ^ Consider applying to other diffs as well!
00:15:518 (3) - Finish at end for cymbal
00:16:041 (4) - Finish for cymbal or clap to be consistent with 00:38:715 (4) -
00:23:192 (1) - Hm I don't like how the clap sound with background drum here, maybe whistle is better. If not perhaps reduce the volume of the clap sound?
00:28:076 (1) - Hmm unsymmetrical slider, consider fixing.
00:38:366 (3) - Finish here - cymbal sound, perhaps with reduce volume if you want to emphasize the finish on 00:39:239 (1) more.
00:58:075 (4,5,6) - This isn't following the music properly. Try this?
http://puu.sh/rBj6 I look at other diff and there is a spinner here so maybe that instead as pattern may be a bit complicated for this diff. Also, you don't have to use perfectly my rhythm, just an idea. You can remove 00:59:296 (6) for consistency with 02:22:143.
01:02:436 - You should definitely have something here, there is nothing on the music at 01:02:610. Even if it's a Normal, the sound on 01:02:436 is really prominent, and since there is nothing on the white tick, it means that the red tick sound is even more prominent. Basically this mean, when you hit 01:02:610 (4), it clearly sound late to the music. I notice that ykcarrot also mention this, but you didn't change it. I highly recommend this as well. Here's a suggestion incase you don't have an idea for rhythm.
http://puu.sh/s6fX01:05:226 - ^ Suggestion, move 01:05:401 (1) & 01:06:796 (2) 1/2 back so it's on the red tick then extend both by 1/2 tick so it ends at same spot as before.
01:08:191 (3,4,5) - I think this is better as a repeating slider instead, the hit circles aren't really following anything so the thing you have to rely on is instinct and due to the space between each hit circles, feel quite empty.
01:13:598 - Same as 01:02:436 Easiest way is to extend 01:13:773 (1) by 1/2 and move it to the red tick.
01:20:749 (5) - Hm, recommend moving back 1/2 to the red tick then extending it by 1/2 so it ends at same spot. This note feel really off to music.
01:31:738 (1) - The sound at the end of the spinner sound more like a drum to me so clap instead?
02:18:306 (2) - This may be better as repeating slider (reduce by 1/1 and add a repeat). Pay attention to drum, I think it's better if you do repeating slider to represent this.
02:22:143 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Do a spinner here if you did it for 00:58:075. If you follow my rhythm suggestion, then maybe change (2,3) & (5,6) to short sliders for consistency.
Just a side note, I think it's weird that you did 1/2 rhythm here and not at 00:58:07502:27:376 (1) - Move 1/2 red tick back and then adjust the rhythm (I do not mean fix spacing, but changing the rhythm to fit with how you move the slider back 1/2 or even changing the slider itself), read 01:02:436 for reason
02:29:992 (1) - ^
02:32:957 (4) - ^
02:38:539 (4,6) - You can definitely make these two slider better
02:41:329 (1) - Same as 02:27:376.
02:45:515 (5,6) - Please change this rhythm, (5) isn't following anything + it's a hit circle. Consider this rhythm
http://puu.sh/s6mE02:48:306 (3) - You should consider copying 02:46:911 (2) - for a cleaner look
02:52:492 (1) - End this 1/2 earlier.
02:53:888 (3,4,5) - Doesn't really follow song properly, maybe just a simple rhythm so remove (3,4,5) and put a slider at 02:54:236 and end it at 02:54:934? Same thing as 01:29:470 (3) basically.
03:14:818 - Maybe add a spinner here as break is a bit long. End it at 03:17:085.
03:21:446 (5) - I think you can place this in a better way.Something like this maybe
http://puu.sh/rBq403:48:654 (1) - You should lower the volume of this spinner, there is no instrument playing here and I think the spinner sound, sounds bad just following vocal.
03:54:933 (4) - Same as 02:27:376
04:03:305 (5) - ^
04:06:096 (1) - ^
04:09:409 (5) - Move it 1/2 back, the begin and end isn't following anything right now
04:21:270 (1) - Same as 01:31:738
I have two issues with the diff., hitsounds and rhythm. Hitsounds can easily be fixed by looking at Hard & Insane and keeping consistency with them.
[Hitsound is much better now after you gotten a few mods, but I still recommend looking at other diff and adding some more hitsound] Rhythm - I think I mention most of the important ones, but there are some place where you should red tick rather then white too. Don't worry too much about the "try to place notes in the easiest diff on white tick guideline," this song has a clear focus on the red tick and should be represented imo.
I'm a bit lazy to mod carefully today so I may have miss some stuff or forget to mention something, if you see a place where for example, I mention put finish, but for the same rhythm afterward, I didn't, then you should probably put finish at both place. I more or less mention everything now except for timing points and new combos.
I think you did a really good job on the placement through. Really clean looking diff, just need a bit of polish on some sliders. So just try to make hitsound and rhythm better and this diff would be perfect!

White Wings]
XD when I saw the slider velocity I knew Kitsuneko made this.* = Stuff that I found when modding this on Thursday, but they don't bother me anymore so you can change if you agree with them, but it's fine if not.
00:01:042 (2) - Since you didn't put hitsound on this maybe stack it? Distinguish it from 00:01:914 (4) where you did put hitsound. Definitely reduce the jump to (3) if you do this.
*00:05:053 (3) - I don't really this anti jump at all, I always hit this early, but since it's a slider I don't combo break. For me, I think this would play better as a jump because you hear the hi hat and then all the sudden drums jump in.
00:05:402 (4) - Finish here
00:07:146 (4) - I think you should place like this
http://puu.sh/rBJz. The way you place it now just doesn't lead up to (5) well at all and make it quite weird to hit.
*00:15:518 (4,5) - I think you should have a slight jump here or place more left
http://puu.sh/rBIb since the note feel all clustered together at current position and it felt weird to hit this notes.
00:23:367 (2,3) - I prefer if you can place it like 00:19:007 (3,4) & 00:21:972 (4,5), basically something like this
http://puu.sh/rBKA I don't think your current placement fits with what you're following here. I think placing like in the picture fits nicer with the drum and since you did it twice, also for consistency
*00:26:158 (4) - Better for flow to have a jump. Think of it like this, you were doing 1/1 rhythms and then bam, 1/2. I personally always miss this, because the spacing just feel too close for me.
00:32:263 (4,5) - Maybe adjust this so that you can stack (5) on (3)?
01:00:168 (2) - imo, you should do a slider instead. I find the break between this and note and the next rather weird because when I listen to the music, I hear the singer singing a long note, but in the map this isn't represented. I understand you may not be following vocal, but this is why I find it weird. You also didn't didn't do a similar rhythm in this section so consider changing it.
01:31:912 (1) - Consider adding clap here
02:25:806 (1) - I think you should have something on that big white tick, the hitsound here sound a little weird and I think this is the reason why.
02:33:829 (4,5) - I think placing like this is better
http://puu.sh/s6tD. (x288 y:200). This will create a jump, but I think it fits. I always hit 02:34:527 (1) - too early with how you place it.
02:38:888 (2) - Copy (3) and place like this? Actually maybe like this
http://puu.sh/s6uK02:43:248 (2) - I think overlap fits nicer, but this require doing jump. Here's an example of what I mean (ignore how ugly it is as I did it quickly)
http://puu.sh/s6vt02:56:678 (1) - I think better to put clap with reduce volume rather than 5% timing point
04:21:444 (1) - ^
Good map! I think this diff has the best hitsounding out of all other diffs. Just one thing that bother me when I look at this a few days ago. I think you should use slightly higher slider velocity, note feel a little clustered to me sometime and would easily be fix with a slightly higher slider velocity. But it doesn't bother me that much now. Everything in my mod are just suggestions.

Runway]
00:09:065 (4,5) - I think it's better if you place it like this so that the slider points perfectly to each other
http://puu.sh/s6ze00:21:623 (5) - I expected this to be a slider listening to vocal. I also think you can do a nice jump pattern here if you change it to slider.
00:59:645 (1) - I think you should place like this
http://puu.sh/s6Av. I don't think the way you place it lead up well to (2) at all and make it feel weird to hit.
00:59:645 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Actually I'm disappointed you didn't do any jump here, I think you could definitely add some here. With my mapping style, I would accent all the sliders (jump on them), but if you follow drums, maybe the hit circle instead. Just try and see what works.
01:07:145 (3) - Maybe like this
http://puu.sh/s6BB. Jump feel a little too small and this is the look of the map I expected when I look at this part.
01:30:517 (1) - Consider clap here.
01:46:215 (2) - Hm, I think you can place this in a better way, maybe this
http://puu.sh/s6Cj. The song flow feel consistent here, but the way you put it feel the opposite. Why does putting it this way give off a consistent flow? It's like a circle shape, everything move >> or <<, but with the current position, I think it feel more like ^ > v which I don't think fits the song as well.
01:51:447 (1) - Lead nicer to the jump on (2) like this
http://puu.sh/s6D801:56:680 (2) - Similar concept as 01:46:215 Maybe copy 01:57:552 (4) - and something like this
http://puu.sh/s6DX Make slider shape better of course.
02:07:144 (2) - I think overlapping slider works better, something like this
http://puu.sh/s6vt (taken from Hard)
02:12:377 (1,2,3,4,5) - I get the feeling this pattern will be annoying to play for those who use default skin, consider unstacking it a bit? Something like this ?
http://puu.sh/s6Fq02:13:423 (1,2,3,4,5) - ^
02:20:399 (4) - Snap to slightly higher distant snap? After playing jumps for 02:19:004 (1,2), it felt weird to go back to normal spacing again.
02:23:800 (2) - This note is overmap, I think it's better if you remove this note then space out the stream in a different way. I find myself always missing this part since (2) isn't following anything so I have no cue to when I have to start streaming. There's only two ways to read stream 1/4 after a slider imo and that is the sound in the music or approach circle. It would definitely play better if I can use the sound in the music to help me hit this stream as well so consider this.
02:24:411 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Same as 00:59:645
02:27:202 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - ^
03:17:609 (1,2,3,4) - I'm really disappointed here, I was expected a more intense pattern and not just repeating sliders. Here's sometihng I would have done
http://puu.sh/s6K9.Just something I done quickly so if you want to do something like this, be sure to tweak it and get the spacing and placement just perfect. Nevermind, I just notice the score reach 20 mill so maybe don't do this.
03:28:422 (4) - Consider doing wiggles on this slider to represent the sound in the music here. Hm do it for the end of (3) as well so maybe something like this
http://puu.sh/s6Lx. Just something I did quickly, you don't need to make wiggle like that, but I recommend doing something similar for an unique effect.
04:11:328 (1) - Place this more in the center of begin of (1) and end of (2) [04:10:630 (1,2) - ] Looks weird like this
04:19:177 (1) - Same concept as 01:46:215, something like this instead
http://puu.sh/s6Nd04:21:270 (1) - Consider clap here.
I didn't really mod hitsound, but I think you can use more finish here. Overall, quite a nice map, just a bit of tweaking and should be ready for rank. Everything is suggestions.
The diff that I think need the most work is Normal because you did white tick when you should have done red. For the rest, just need polishing for sliders and hitsounds and should be on its way to ranking.
Star and good luck!
