As the diffname suggest, it's pure pain. Consists of the ideas that was meant for the minimix but nerfed due to sudden spike of difficulty and unplayability. Buzzer nerf, vocal nerf, multiple strong sounds nerf.
Still consists of 1/3 (1/6 on 200bpm) streamz at the end.
