Gimp can't save to psd yet? That seems a bit backwards.

Photoshop CS6 (beta) is available for free.
Hmmm, I tried my hand on one quick achievement but I am somehow still not really satisfied with it. Really exhausted now though, so I will attempt more soon - if any is still needed that is.

with the 50, so i thought, it would be to gradient nah, do a bunch of 50s and an x. That's what I always look like.

I am sorry Dean, I did not draw/design that Kamina myself.
Here's another attempt, this time using one by Kat (from whom I got the permission, DA link):
Not sure if you had meant that the characters themselves will too have to be original so do let me know if this is also not permitted.
Pardon my lazy ass attitude at the moment in (not) designing one from scratch. :/

fwiw, the Internet!4 achievement graphic has some artifacts at the top of the rectangle in-game.
EDIT: For reference, here's the Anime-4 graphic in-game (a couple of artifacts around the corners but it's not as noticeable as the Internet one above, although her head itself seems to be a little bit choppy around the edges both in-game and online /nazi)
EDIT 2: And here's how Rhythm-4 looks in-game (just about perfect)
