i hope you'll be okay, usually the eye flushes itself out but you might need to endure some rinsing with clean water or have a cotton swab on-hand to coax it out... but at the bare minimum, keep drinking water and keep yourself hydrated so that the eye can lubricate itself better for the dirt to seep out
please don't rub too hard, though, it might just make the dirt dig into the eyes harder

Eye Update: I managed to remove the dirt by using a bathroom water hose at a high pressure for a few minutes, although it did hurt my eyes for a bit, I can still see properly. Better than having my eye getting possibly stabbed since the dirt was pretty sharp.
