Images at top aren't the highest quality. A lot of the information can be condensed down to make it more organized and readable. There's also a lot of useless information that is just not of interest. I don't really care for the fonts either.

Personally, I quite like it. The userpage is nice, simple, concise, and descriptive. You make good use of [notice] tags. Everything is well organized. All that's missing, in ny opinion, is some personalization, because that userpage could be anyone else's.

It's bland. Either it's due to an unoriginal dead joke, or a general lack of... anything interesting, really. It's just uninteresting to look at. I'd suggest trying something different and adding more to your profile. For starters, say something about yourself, what you do, or what type of person you are in general. Or make an actually funny joke for once. I dont really know what to say for improvent, aside from maybe adding more content.
