Headphone recommendations

Hi guys, I love this game and I am starting to take it more seriously. At the moment I have a hyper x stinger headphone and I want to branch out into an actual quality headphone. Not to say these aren't good but I want something that will make it more fun to listen to songs and maybe improve on my beat recognition. What headphones do you guys use for osu! and what do you guys recommend? budget range is 60-100 btw :>

Here comes a... not-so-well-thought-out suggestion, but an option nonetheless.

Audio-Technica ATH-M30x or M40x.

I've had the M30x and those were pretty good but I use them for producing music, so if you want to enjoy your music and have nice bass and whatnot instead of accurate sound, then I slightly doubt these are for you, but I think they'd be fine anyways. Apparently the M40x variant is a big step up, or so I've heard.

So give those a good look.

I have the ATH-M40x. It's much better than some cheap headphones. Small complaint I have is that the they are a bit not deep enough. The inside presses up against my ears, so wearing it for hours can be uncomfortable.

"Beyerdynamic dt990 pro 250ohm" are what I use, really good quality and materials, made in germany. They can be hard to drive without an amp but there are different versions of 990 if you want open or closed design and depending on the ohm you want so you cant really go wrong, sound signature is studio proof with a very "true to life" sound and bass, best for vocal/guitar and electronic music imo.
