[osu!catch] dash -> hyperdash in antiflow patterns

I'm not a catch person, but https://github.com/ppy/osu-wiki/pull/1662 suggests changing dashes to hyperdashes in this osu!catch guideline.

Slated to be merged in 5 days unless objected by competent people in the game mode

it's just fixing a wording error
do we also need to create a proposal thread when fixing spelling mistakes

Commented this on GitHub, but it doesn't hurt to also comment it here.

This basically fixes a mistake I made when handling a previous RC change proposed in this thread: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/725256

You can check from Ascendance's latest post (https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/725256?start=6610239) that it was supposed to say "hyperdashes" in the guideline. You can see in the following posts that I messed up when changing the part that says x1.2 to x1.1 (how even?).
