any map over 240bpm, but call me it is probably a good map to practice on

If you can alternate on 140bpm streams then work from there. Try streams that are close to 140 bpm but a bit higher and force yourself to alternate. As for actual streaming maps, I don’t really know any but usually don’t 4-5* maps have streams?
