Welcome To Dolphin's Fall Standard Tournament

Some Info

1. Joining the Discord is mandatory for both staff and participants: https://discord.gg/2TXsaYr
2. This is a 1v1 single elimination tournament
3. The rank range is 10k-25k. Players must be within this range at the time of registration, then they are free to climb or decay.
4. Staff members may participate as long as they were not involved in the creation of the map pool and if they are within the rank range

How This Works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Stage One
1. All matches in this tournament are played in score V2 and Head to Head
2. Players will be put into qualifier lobbies (8 groups of 9), from which the top 4 will advance into the top 32.
3. Scoring in these lobbies will work as follows: 1st: 12 points, 2nd: 10 points, 3rd: 8 points, 4th: 6 points, 5th: 4 points, 6th: 3 points, 7th: 2 points, 8th: 1 point, 9th: 0 points.
4. This Stage will be played using the Stage One mappool which will be revealed when registration ends.
5. Players will roll, with highest roll picking. Players continue to roll until either 8 maps have been played, or every player has chosen a map.
6. The referee will create the multiplayer room ~10 minutes before the allotted time and invite the players.
Stage Two
1. Stage two consists of rounds 32 and 16.
2. All Stage Two matches are to be played using the Stage Two mappool which will be revealed when stage one is completed.
3. The Referee will create the multiplayer room ~10 minutes before the allotted time and invite the players.
4. Matches in stage two are best of 7.
5. Specific rules on banning/picking tbd
Stage Three
1. Stage Three contains round 8 and semifinals.
2. All Stage Three matches are to be played using the Stage Three mappool which will be revealed when Stage Two is completed.
3. All matches in stage three will be streamed/commentated.
4. The referee will create the multiplayer room ~10 minutes before the allotted time and invite the players.
5. Matches here are best of 9.
6. Specific rules on banning/picking tbd.
Stage Four
1. Stage Four will be played using the Stage Four map pool.
2. Stage Four are the Grand Finals, and will be best of 11.
3. The referee will create the multiplayer room ~10 minutes before the allotted time and invite the players.
4. Stage Four will be streamed and commentated.
Schedule
Staff and Players must be available sometime on the following dates:
1. September 16th: Registration ends
2. September 22-23rd: Stage One
3. September 29-30th: Stage Two
4. October 6th-7th: Stage Three
5. October 13-14th: Grand Finals
Rules
- 1. Every match will be played in Score V2 and Head to Head.
  2. Players must respect each other and staff members. Players and staff members that are disrespectful will only receive one warning before being removed from the tournament.
  3. Nomod maps will be played without any mods equipped.
  4. Free Mod maps require each player to use at least one mod. These mods include: Hidden, Hardrock, Flashlight, Easy.
  5. Hidden maps must be played with hidden, with no other mods equipped.
  6. Hardrock maps must be played with hardrock, with no other mods equipped.
  7. Doubletime maps must be played with doubletime, with no other mods equipped.
  8. The Tiebreaker map acts as a Free Mod, however players may choose to play the Tiebreaker without mods.
  9. The referees will create the lobbies ~10 minutes before the scheduled time, and send invites to the players. If you do not receive an invite 5 minutes before your allotted match time, post in the discord. Players must be in the lobby by the scheduled time. If a player is not present, 10 minutes will be given, and if the player is still not present, they will be disqualified. Exceptions may be made in specific cases. Referees always have the final say.
  10. There are no warmups.
