0-800pp: 1-2.3*
800-1500: 2.3-3.4*
1500-2300: 3.4-4.6*
2300-3400: 4.6-5.2*
3400-4400:5.2-5.6*

fc a decent 5*, to be fully correct
some Granats are easily fc-able
also playing a low 5* map without breaking your combo (with few slider end missing) is not a big deal at around 150k, y'kno (that's what most players I seen around this rank have in their top plays).

You get 30PP with a shit multip 96% acc on a 5,10 star map,not much to get you to 2,3k
I have 3909pp and I believe there aren't more than 30 maps in my top plays that are above 5*. All thanks to the fact that I gain a lot of pp from having very good accuracy on my full combos.

Well Full combo's. I thought you were saying A good accuracy but no decent combo,just like me breaking slides like saying hello to everyone in internet ^o^
A rank with good accuracy can still net you a lot of pp if your combo was higher than 3/4, especially on long maps.

i'm actually #166,121 and play mainly 3*, the few pp i got from 4* are only from farm stuff played in multi lobby.

Wrong, for example i'm able to do 5* map at fc.
Generally, player around 150k play 4* maps, NEVER 3* maps and some 5* maps.

Because I play a lot of maps that I can barely do or can't do to get better. Playing easy maps to FC isn't fun to me. A friend of mine is up to 7 stars at 180k as well, so I'm not the only one.
This will only get you so far though because you don't train consistency at all which will get you stuck in the long run.
It is good to challenge yourself with difficult maps but they should still be in reach somehow. As for your case, that seems to be just on the edge of being too hard but I suppose you can go on like that for a while.
