there is this option in the skin region where you can say that the taiko skin should be used for taiko maps, but this doesnt work for me. i have a taiko skin (called taiko+v6.0) for taiko maps and some other skins for normal osu. but they wont switch. maybe the taiko skin i have isnt indicated as a taiko skin. does somebody know how this works so that i can indicate the skin as a taiko skin? its really annoying to change this all the time manually.
