Hey Jacob, somehow 00:02:306 - sounds a little wrong. I think instead of using the custom finish for that part, the default soft finish would be better. If you could change that for me, that'd be great. Thanks!

Comparing 01:04:972 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - and 00:16:973 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8), the first wins indefinitely.
01:10:972 (3) - The Finish has reversed; should fix. Also, 01:11:305 (4) - has no finish, unless these two were intentional.
01:19:639 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - The way you have this twice is rather uninteresting. Doing it the first time was fine, though I would try to be less linear about it too, but if you were to change anything, you'd probably want to change the second iteration of the pattern. Even increasing the distance spacing horizontally would make it more dramatic.
01:36:472 (11,12,13,14,15,16,1) - this part of the stream looks messy, maybe you want to make it more rounded on the outside as opposed to having a deflated circle.
01:51:639 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Seen enough of this, haven't we? If anything, this iteration of this pattern fits the music the most. Perhaps it should stay, if you consider changing the other ones.

If you're going to storyboard, you should commit more to it. You only have exactly two seconds of the background lighting up, and that's not very interesting.
The correct spelling of "fantaisie" has an i before the s. However, since it is commonly misspelled, I suggest you have both versions in the tags, with "fantaisie" coming immediately before "impromptu".
Where is 2x.png used?

The difficulty of this map fluctuates. Sometimes it's too hard for Hard, sometimes it's not hard enough. In addition, the way you have created your slider/circle combinations is not consistent throughout the map, when there are obvious patterns in the music. I really suggest you remap this diff.

uhh, actually, I would say that I agree with wcx. Attempting Insane445 after Hard was too much of a shock. Hard is relatively easy, while Charles' Insane is very well indeed an extra-style diff. The spread is too much.

I'm not instigating anything here. I just don't think it's possible to elude such a problem at this stage, and it should be fixed before any bubble happens to chance around because this will slowly be instilled into others bypassing, now that's it's brought up as an issue. Just because other maps are ranked this way and you've never 'received any complaints', is probably not a good reason. You do want a solid, playable mapset, do you not?

I'm beginning to see what you guys mean. Fair enough. I'll rename Charles' diff to Extra445 and I'll make an insane difficulty. Thank you guys for your input!

I'm terribly sorry for not agreeing with wcx's suggestion before. I was denying it because I was lazy to map another difficulty. I'm sorry. I won't make these douche moves in the future. ;___;
