Missing .ini file in downloaded skin? [resolved]

So here i am with another question:
(sorry for asking another one,I just wanted to solve this one)

When i change my skin it says 'missing .ini file' but when i check it's really there!
is there something wrong here?
does someone knows how to solve it?

Did you extract the rar to the osu! skin folder, or extract it elsewhere and then copy and paste?
Try extracting the rar to the osu! skin folder.

Check if its not an empty file, maybe?

I did extract them to a diffrent place and than copied it into the skin folder.
Maybe that's the case..

I'll be going to find it out later.. it's now almost half past 9 and i didn't get much sleep last night soo..

I have no idea as to why this is so as nothing about the file composition changes in a copy/paste.
