I want to suggest my map for MWC 4k this year, but I don't know what "Difficulty Suggested" means.

The difficulty you want to submit.
Example in this map https://osu.ppy.sh/s/581065, you want to submit the "coeur brise" difficulty, then put the difficulty name in the google form.
