About deleting accounts, see https://osu.ppy.sh/legal/privacy#your-rights-and-control. I'm not an avid follower of politics but I think the EU recently passed a law that requires companies to delete user info upon request

On the old site, Narvien is the first user to have a real date listed. On the new site, it varies depending on your timezone. This is because it will show "Here since the beginning" as long as they created their account before 2008
