Hello, A friend of mine can not connect to the site without the need to automatically make "password forgotten" and therefore changed his password!

Is anyone of you ever having this problem and if so how did you adjust?

Bonjour, Une amie a moi ne peux pas ce connecter sur le site sans avoir besoin de systématiquement faire "mdp oublié" et donc de changé son mdp !

Est-ce qu'une personne d'entre vous a déjà eu ce problème et si oui comment l'avais vous reglez ?

Make sure that he's typing the correct password and that you respect lowercase and uppercase.

Try restarting your router and your computer.

Every time it's the right password and it's been several weeks now

À chaque fois ç'est le bon mot de passe et cela fait plusieurs semaines maintenant

Try clearing cache, maybe saved passwords as well.

You could also try logging on in the old design.

Essaie de nettoyer le cache du navigateur, peut-être aussi les mots de passe sauvegardés.

Tu peux aussi essayer de te connecter sur l'ancien design du site.

If you have played on any private servers, please uninstall the certificate from the server's switcher it could be causing this.

Already try to re go on the old server and clean the caches / No private server

Déjà essayer de revenir sur l'ancien serveur et nettoyer les caches / Pas de serveur privé

Try typing the password on notepad or something, and then copy paste it on Osu
