So basically I had this error when I first downloaded the game. Can't find the name of Intel ICD OpenGL driver. I searched it up and I had to go edit with the game files and change it to windowed. It fixed my problem but because I'm in windowed my latency is very high. Anyone know how to make it so I can be in fullscreen without this error occurring?

you could try using compatibility mode, hold shift while you launch osu and select it in the window that pops up

if that doesnt help then reinstall drivers for your integrated gpu, if that doesnt fix it then install second newest ones

You should fix that error so you don't have to deal with it
