i downloded the songs and and game . but when i turn the game on the song doesn't come out.

Double Click on the Songs and never post something like this here again.

Make sure the songs are in the "/osu!/songs" folder, then when you get in game, click "Play" and then press f5 and wait for your songs to load.
If this doesn't fix your issue, were going to need more details..
