I think (I might be wrong) that Artist should be ryu-5150: http://vgmdb.net/artist/7333 If you don't know how to fix it: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=24443
Remove your nickname from tags. And add: Faith is for the Transient People symphonic metal Mountain of Faith.
BG have a bad quality. That is not breaking the rules, but that will be far better with HQ BG. But just quality, resolution must be between 800x600 and 1024x768.

[Mighty Force]
00:37:262 (6,7,8) - That type of pattern confusing players. You must somehow distinguish (8) from (6) and (7).
00:44:367 (6,7,8) - It must be between (5) and (9). So move (9) 1 grid left and down.
00:46:893 (5,6,7,8) - 00:47:446 (1,2,3,4) - Maybe that's just for me, but it's confusing streams.
04:16:577 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - Maybe spread that pattern by the screen, not in the one place.
