Song Setup Link Error

Hey peppy, just want to report a bug... (Right now my version is b130)

In the edit mode, on the song setup window, there are links to this forum right. This "microsoft. NET Framework" error popped out when i clicked on the links.

This problem only come out if you don't have the browser running though. If the browser already run, there is no problem on clicking the link.

Hope you can fix this :)
