You should have researched and prepared about tournament hosting before even writing this post.
First of all, let someone proofread your original post. It has a bazillion typos, which makes the whole thing sound unprofessional.
Next, you or your staff should read the goddamn wiki section for tournaments. It has all the information you need about mp commands and the tourney client.
Why are you not sticking to your rank limit? I see a ton of 3 digits have registered and they have been 3 digit for the past 90 days.
And the word staff doesn't imply 1 single person, because I heard they are doing all the work to keep your mistakes from ricocheting.
Oh and the mappool. Most people have a hard time even FCing the maps, even though it's the first pool. And you even asked for player suggestions for it? Why not have a dedicated group of 3-4 people choosing the maps carefully?
I wish you good luck requesting a badge in the distant future.

I think it is good to have tourneys like this for the 4 digits and I'm glad that this exists but personally I hope that in the future of organising stuff like this we can be more careful about the ranks of the people who you let in the tourney. As said above, many 3 digits who have been 3 digits for quite a long time. It makes it just unfair for some of these 4 digits especially in the later stages of the tourney. The way I see it is that I could possibly have just sneaked into this tourney without being found out till it already started. So I hope this issue can be fixed in the future
As for map pools, I personally felt some of modded maps were too high for the rank range especially since we are considering the entire spectrum of around rank 1000-9999 here. Like I think some of these maps may not suited to be in the group stage. For me in particular I found the HR and DT to be slightly challenging when I thought about the people competing. I might be wrong cause I am not that much on an expert on these kinds of stuff but this is really just my opinion of this.

The tournament has now concluded.
Congratulations to:
McFirulais for winning the tournament!
Jpiv for reaching second place!
Adooom for reaching third place!
The tournament was a HUGE mess at the start and a lot of chaos followed. (The host was absent from the tournament for the most part and only came back after the grand finals match had been played!)
Several players who didn't even join the tournament as staff members had to take action to ensure that this tournament didn't end up in shambles. Also, it should be noted that the players did not receive ANY prizes at all. Not even McFirulais who came in first place.
I feel that it is necessary to give the credit where it is due to all the people who made this tournament possible.
The tournament has now concluded.
