Is osu! the only application that causes your computer to restart?

osu! is causing the problem, because since I installed the game just a couple of minutes and the pc reboots, drivers for all my hardware?
Yea. Bad or missing drivers are a common cause of BSOD or in your case, unwarranted restarts.
Just visit the manufacturer websites of your hardware, grab the latest drivers, and install them.

Also check in the options if you have "unlimited fps" or not. Maybe if you use unlimited fps your grafikcard overheats and that can cause the pc to restart.
