[Archived] Halp, cursor freezing

Alright, when I press scroll button on my pen - the cursor freezes in place, and it's bugging me.
Before I was dragging the cursor along with scrolling.
It happened after I installed new driver for my tablet. I need that driver and I need to fix that cursor problem.
Wacom ctl-471
Driver version is 6.3.30-6

Send help.

oh yeah and I also need that panorama\scroll hotkey

Try disabling Windows Ink.

You've already determined these new drivers are causing issues. If disabling Windows Ink does not work, you should probably go back to an older version. If you can't do that, try not hitting the scroll button while playing.

It's disabled.
This is not exacly osu problem, I'm not hitting pen buttons while playing and also can disable it for osu.
As i said It's just bugging me, for example when I draw, I use this hotkey to navigate.
