Play the maps that appear in the "Best Performance" list of a player ranked around 7k-10k
Work on accuracy and reading before you even consider "farming" 4k pp maps. I'm not trying to be rude, but you need a lot more experience playing before worrying about that. PP isn't everything, especially for newer players.
