I didn't really know that an anime named "Hellsing" does even exist, nor that there was an OVA of it. To make a long story short, I ended up watching Hellsing Ultimate (as far as I could since even today not all the episodes are out yet).

Yea. There is Hellsing and Hellsing Ultimate. Hellsing Ultimate is the OVA if I'm correct.
