00:27:576 (3) - hard rhythm for beginners, use this? if you want that blue tick then try 00:33:892 (7) - multiple repeats is hard to read for beginner if it's fast, I would just mirror 00:32:087 (5)
01:22:614 (2) - remove NC?
01:26:223 (1,2,3) - beginners won't be able to read this (esp. blue tick), change to repeating slider?

Normal:
switching from blue tick rhythm to regular on regular notes is going to throw many new players off, I'd change them all to sliders
01:08:854 (1,2,3) - this is hard to play for normal (unexpected 1/4th, and then blue tick rhythm)
01:12:238 (6) - this seems out of place, I'd use 1/2 rhythm
01:26:223 (2) - remove NC?
01:29:155 (1,2) - center these two?

It was very hard to find anything to mod, so i think most of these are suggestions :)

00:11:336 (1,1) - Might not be enough time for players to recover from spinner
00:27:576 (3,4) - Very hard to read; I advise not to change from red/white tick to a blue tick in such little time. (Maybe have a reverse arrow on the slider?)
01:27:012 (1,1) - Same here, may not be enough time for spinner recovery

Normal
00:06:824 (1,2,3) - Quite hard to read for normal difficulty.
00:11:448 (1,1) - Might be hard to recover from spinner :S
00:47:426 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Might need to fix this section, it changes from blue tick to red/white tick too fast D;
01:21:486 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - ^ I think it would be better to have slider's with reverse arrows.

I think most of my mods are referring to polarity (Changing from blue tick to red/white tick). There is a --> video <-- which explains polarity better than I can.

00:42:915 (5,1,2) - add a finish at the end. sounds nice IMO
00:55:997 (5,6,1,2) - move this down (5,6) because it's touching the hp bar. beginners might get nervous because of that and also, space this out. same reason as 00:14:493
01:05:471 (1,2) - can you make the spacing consistent for this?
01:09:080 (4) - Ctrl+H for an easier path?
01:17:651 (1,2) - same as 00:55:957

Normal:
