Cookiezi hasn't been playing as much recently. Also Mathi focused on farming more.

Mathi is a random that zero to hero'd in a millisecond on the leaderboards and kicked ass. Rafis is actually the first one to kick Cookiezi off first place. Cookiezi would be in third place rn if it werent for the pp system being changed around a bit in how it works
