[General]
- Background image should be 640x480, 800x600 or 1024x768, just crop and resize it
- Leave the "source" tab empty but copy the album name to tha "tags" instead, osu! will display the source as artist replacement otherwise (You should use the source only for things like game music or maybe anime openings/endings so ppl will know where it is coming from)
- Remove [Uncensored Album Version] from title as it is not needed, instead you could add [Short Ver.] as this is a cut file
- 3 difficulties, 3 different BPMs...this is unrankable. Change the BPM to 160,00 for all three diffs, then use "Resnap all notes" in the timing menu. Afterwards resnap all inherited timing sections and KIAI times.

Use HP Drain 5, Approach Rate 5 and Overall Difficulty 5 as your values are way too low for a "Normal" map.
00:36:221 (X) - don't leave out this downbeat, also start the KIAI and NC here
01:12:221 (1) & 01:14:471 (4) - the high SV is not really appropriate for a "Normal" map. Better stick to the fixed SV and use something else here instead.
01:17:096 (1,1,1) - don't combo spam here, they fit into the same combo


[BIRTHDAY CAKE!!!]
Circle Size 4 and Approach Rate 7 seem much more appropriate for this "Hard".

00:36:214 (X) - add a stacked note here (with finish hitsound) as it plays much better when this downbeat is mapped. This will also help players to pick up the rhythm. Also start KIAI and NC here
00:48:211 (X) - maybe add a note here, feels empty otherwise
00:59:471 (3) - add a repeat
01:16:703 (1,1,1,1) - remove combo spam, these 4 notes could as well be in one combo




You'll definetely have to fix the 2 red points as they make your map unrankable without question. The rest is suggestions you should think about.

If you want to resnap a green timing section:

find the sections that are not exactly on the beat you want them to be


scroll your position on the beat they should be


go to the timing setup


the last timing section before (in time) of your cursor will be selected automatically, but check the time to be sure, then click "use current timing" and the green section will be moved to the exact position of your cursor

Yes, it works.

Some mods:
  1. Your BG image still 600x600
  2. You haven't set a preview point for all diffs
  3. Remove "Birthday Cake" and "Rihanna" from tags, it's already in title and artist
  4. IMO, [Birthday cake] diff is slightly overmapped on repeating words "cake-cake-cake". Feels expected 1/1, but in fact is 1/2
  5. [Birthday cake] diff haven't third kiai time, such others diffs
