[resolved] Game keeps stuttering.

Game keeps stuttering for half a second, then reverts back a couple frames. I end up getting 50s and 100s.
D:

I have tried reinstalling the game, checking for malware, and defragmenting my harddrives.

Help is appreciated!

First of all, make sure your Universal offset is 0 (though most likely not that considering you reinstalled)

Second is to disable all background programs and processes, and I mean all of them.

Antiviruses are known to cause this behaviour with their random disk usage spikes and CPU for random file scans. Obviously disabling your AV isn't the best thing to do, so attempt at your own risk, but it's known to cause issues on some PC's

Another few things;
Make sure Focus assists is completely disabled
Try turning off "Fullscreen Optimizations" in the osu! exe properties in Windows.

Thank you for your help! I can click circles again in peace.

It seems disabling all background programs and processes helped.
Now I got to import 15k beatmaps again
