If you try to change solely capitalization in the romanised title, romanised artist, or difficulty name field, a message like this will appear:
If you make the mistake of clicking "Yes" the beatmap will be completely erased with basically no warning. While the dialogue appears in other contexts, in this one it can give mappers the impression that it's asking them to save their new metadata- which is what they're trying to do. This has resulted in many mappers losing maps, or having difficulty changing metadata / difficulty names to what they want it to be.
