Give this a shot:
Create an osu! folder in whichever location you'd like the game to be installed. For example, if you want to have osu! installed on your desktop, create a folder on your desktop called "osu!". The path should be something like "C:\Users\Username\Desktop\osu!".

Copy the installer into the new osu! folder, rename it to "osu!.exe", and run it.

yes i have had osu! but i desinstaled because of crashs
