Restart your computer. Make sure you are using 32 bit color depth and not anything else.

If you are still having issues, clean reinstall/update your graphics drivers. I'd recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller to do so.

Sometimes posts just slip through, it's not that no one wants to help you.

Are you starting osu! through another application like Steam? If so, try not doing that.

Hold shift while starting osu! until a recovery window pops up and enable "Compatibility mode" and hit "repair osu!".

If this Window doesn't pop up, there should be a repair shortcut inside your osu! folder that you can run. You can also enable Compatibility mode by editing the "osu!.<pcname>.cfg" file inside that folder. Change the line "CompatibilityContext" to 1 and save.

I tried and did not help i will try again to install to diffrent location

The only post I can find where the user was able to actually fix this issue, was to use AMDs "Clean Uninstall Utility".

However, the support page says that the utility is only for Catalyst Drivers, and with the card you have, you should be using Crimson drivers.

What drivers are you using? and what version?
