general:
change offset to 385?

easy:
00:59:078 (3) - fells kinda strange to play, maybe remove slider and remove that part (cut slider length by half and add 2 single hits on the white ticks -> http://puu.sh/ie7O)


normal:
00:09:404 (3) - this slider feels pretty fast, probably because the flow from the slider before it guides you in the very opposite direction into which you have to move to hit this slider
00:40:817 (3,4) - switch those two, i think that would fit the music and flow way better, as it is right now the slider feels as it is to long (so, move the single not on 00:40:817, and push the slider to the next white tick)


hard:
HPdrain -1?
00:27:665 (3,4,5) - make 3 1tick shorter, give that extra tick to 4, i cant really see the reason for 5 maybe remove it? if you wanted to hit this "ugh" sound->this actually would hit on the next tick if you had it in 1/6 instead of 1/3

i actually just noticed that this is the case with most of the hit that are directly behind a slider :/
i dont know, will leave it up to you if you will change it.
its not like it doesnt flow with the music or so... just noticed it so probably best to just keep it

I would actually use an offset of 409.

00:58:971 (5) - The beginning of that slider somehow bugs me, it starts a little too early for my taste, even if it's perfectly on the beat.
01:04:623 (3) - I would shorten that slider by one and add a hit afterwards to keep the rhythm. (http://puu.sh/iiAc)

There are a few spacing irregularities in [Hard]. I'm not sure if you intended them, but - since everything else is snapped to 1.0x or 2.0x - assuming you didn't:
00:18:003 (6,7) - is .8 instead of 1
00:23:547 (7,1) - is 1.6 instead of 1 or 2 (don't forget to keep 00:22:449 (3) and 00:23:862 (1) stacked though)
00:30:286 (5,6) - is .7 instead of 1
00:35:503 (5,1) - is .9 instead of 1
00:50:938 (4,1) - is .7 instead of 1

And here's a few stacked objects that are a bit off:

Ohh ... didn't notice that , but I think he's right. The automatic star rating algorithm is bad anyway, so don't respect it too much. The map is definitely more important.
And Vocaloid isn't good as a source, but it could be a tag. :)

-> Add "schrodinger no neko" to tags? (I know Schrodinger's Cat will translate to it in Japanese. idk what's Kitten in Japanese, though ><)

-> That difficulty setting is just... orz >< - I don't think you need HP Drain and OD setting maximized to the left, HP Drain and OD +1 will still show this difficulty as a 3-star Easy orz (:

  1. 00:13:112 (2,3) - (optional) Hmm, I think it would be nicer if these two is placed few grids right so (1,2,3)'s angle would be less narrow... Optional though

  3. 00:15:068 (6's end, the pink (1), the purple (1)) - Considering this is a 1/3 song, I think it's better to distribute the whistle like this (also fits with the high-pitched synth here xD)
  4. 00:18:329 (7) - This note is definitely too close to (6) - I think, moving (6) to the right a bit wouldn't be a big problem to fix this (:
  5. 00:22:894 (4,5,6,7) - Does the whistling intended to halt here? o.o
  6. 00:28:111 (4,5,6,7) - (optional) You can arrange these four like this, to make this part slightly more patterned:

List of things, which were fixed:
  1. Offset +10
  2. Unsnapped kiai and sections
  3. Some files in skin were missed
  4. Fixed stats in Normal
  5. Removed some notes in Easy for better star rating / one nazi spacing thing.
