02:08:590 - I don't think the music has any justification to increase in slider velocity. You should remove all the non x1.0 sv inherited points in this section, since it plays fine without it, and the presence of the slider velocity change only causes awkwardness.

03:09:890 - you don't need a second slider velocity increase since it's the same chorus. The x1.1 one at 02:57:965 is enough.
