[duplicate] Separate Osu!Mania leaderboards for 4k, 7k, and overall

It doesn't make sense to group 4k and 7k together. 7k maps reward a lot more PP, amounts that are not possible for 4k players, and as a result the best 4k players don't have a chance to gain a top rank.
