So I just beat my first 5* map linked here https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1397544 but it didn't give me the achievement. I got a C on it. I am just confused as to what is going on because it is a ranked map.

Was the score submitted on the Global ranking or only in Local ranking?5DollarsJP wrote:

If you didn't get the achievement your score might not have submitted.
