into your skin you are using and want to do, look for file named skin.ini and open it in notepad format, find 'CursorCentre' and edit value is 2

Then save it and close it. then restart osu and enjoy. (I checked and it works fine)

The little flowers that are falling are "star2.png". This is not the same thing as a cursor trail.

ok so how do i make it fall???? my prev cursor used to have stars falling.

It will automatically fall if you have the image in your skin folder. You most likely have a transparent star2.png in your skin by default. If you want that specific image, open the song's folder and copy the star2.png from it to your skin folder.

It's not a cursortrail, so it doesn't appear constantly, there are certain times you'll see it and others where you won't.

Star2.png will appear during at the start of the beatmap and during Kiai!
