TicClick's Hard & Insane
I don't think I can mod Hard and Insane diffs :(

but for Insane, be careful when you're putting sliders with SV 4.0 (2x 2.0) since they are relatively hard to "slide" so don't put them too much. And watch out for the the distance spacings.

I give you one important advice, consistency is an important thing. Be consistent in mapping parts especially same parts (looping parts) and you shouldn't map them different even just a little. Consistency is one of the key on map flowing, if the map doesn't flow, it'll likely be boring or might be off-sync in some cases.

Try play the map by yourself and identify if you tripped or off-synced in some parts, then fix it, it's one of the best way to fix mistakes in the map~

Oh yeah almost forgot, it's Rock n' Roll, not Rock 'n' Roll, ;)

im a bit loose with distance spacing because its an insane. Also, I've playtested this map myself and seen many others play it, it's perfectly fine.

  3. 00:37:963 (1) - I don't think you need NC here, because you put it on previous note. Moments like this one don't always need to be marked
  4. 00:45:229 (1) - start it 1/2 earlier

    1. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like to skip downbeat (you just did it at 00:54:370). It's not that important on low diffs, but anyway, don't do it too often
    2. You mixed clap with whistle. It works sometimes, but the best solution is to use either standard normal clap or standard normal whistle, because they sound a bit different, and clap makes whistle sound rough and harsh. When it happens, I usually remove clap (it exists in music, so it won't be lost completely) and leave whistle.
  8. 01:04:682 (2,4) - I think they're supposed to be.. um.. alike?
  9. 01:06:557 (4) - I think you don't need a whistle on its end

Thanks 500 million time TicClick. >w< I applied most of your points, but sicne I applied them in spurts I don't remember and I can't explain each point. However, some main points I didn't apply:

Normal Kiai section stacks: I kept them. I feel this is more of a style thing, and while yes, the player wants to move, also yes, the player needs to rest. :P The stacks were mainly put in place to stress those vocals, and I think they do a good job of it. (You'll notice while playing that when hitting stacked notes in kiai some stars fly) They aren't unreadable or not fun in any way, and I think they add a nice hint of spice to the map.

Normal Overall SV: I did not change it because I think the map is playable. I promise I'm not being lazy with my sliders, but I also redid the entire map once before because the SV was too low. (See Mathias' mod) I've seen quite a few Normal players do them fine, and they didn't even notice if te SV was too fast or if it was fine. But again, IMO, it's not too fast, not too slow.

Insane 2.0x SV: I kept this because I think they're playable. Again, please don't think that I'm lazy, I assure you I'm not changing it because I'd have to redo all of my sliders. But I think the 2.0x SV is really great for this and adds an interesting twist to the map.

Insane Stream Part spacings: They've been kept because there is a slight jump in the music, and it is distance spaced properly. (1.0x)

I know there's a lot of mods to this but don't give up ! I do look forward to see that map being ranked at some point :). It is now to a point where the map is quite decent now!

I know how hard it is lol. Just a little thought I thought I'd leave as encouragement :3. Keep it up !

Also, it's nice to see TicClick posting a mod even if he was part of the beatmap! He did have an excellent mod post.

to be honest, on the insane difficulity, I think the drain is BIT too much, three or four mistakes and you're totally gone :s a suggestion is, make the drain for missing a note less, and when hitting a note, the gain should be less too, so it could be a bit balanced. I hope you understand what I'm talking about because I've never posted anything on osu forums before, maybe once or twice :$
